The Faculty of Social Science welcomes international researchers who intend a teaching mobility at RUB within the framework of our ERASMUS partnerships.

The faculty welcomes the researchers from the partner universities and the universities without the partner status (a corresponding agreement has to be signed between the universities in this case).

The mobility period may last 2 days till 2 months and has to include 8 teaching hours per week at least (as lectures, block seminars etc.).

Following persons are eligible for funding:

  • teaching staff officially employed at the RUB's partner university

  • Research assistants

The funding includes 120 EUR per day until the 14th day of the mobility and 84 EUR per day for the days 15-60.

For the travel costs a flat-rate is calculated according to the distance:

<100 km - no payment
100 km – 499 km - 180 Euro
500 km – 1.999 km - 275 Euro
2.000 km – 2.999 km - 360 Euro
